you guys were quick to jump aboard this bandwagon..
raisins... erm
I only found a few acne related articles mentioning raisins, and they all say they should be avoided due to being potential acne triggers :
http://www.sher.co.u.../lifestyle.html
http://www.ucheepines.org/acne.htm
http://www.cheyennes...cne_Rosacea.htm
but by all means, feel free to give it a go, if everyone benefits I might be less skeptical...

the reason for bowl movements is because raisins are like prunes.. high in fiber to ease constipation.. and you are so right about the antioxidant nature.. might give it a try

Raisins also contain selenium which is great for fighting acne.
Raisins contain allot of good things for you. Plus I notice it stops the terriable sugar cravings i get during the day from trying to stay away from sugar foods. While it wont clear you up altogether you should notice a signifcant improvement.

No, I really am going to try this though (I hope). I don't hate raisins, they're not too expensive, and hey, what do you have to lose?
When I can get to the store and buy raisins, I'll keep you guys posted on how its going.
