Short but hopefully sweet..err.. sour.. err.. RAAAAAAAAAR!!

I just got back into lifting weights today and i realized something, It's not the actual weight lifting that is supposedly "good for acne," but that strained face when you try to lift the weight up! The face you make when you go AGHHHHRR and push the bar off your chest. I think it increases blood circulation in your face (which is we all know is good via regurgitated information). So theoretically, if you want to be lazy, but want to have the positive acne fighting benefits of working out, all you have to do is do do some "lion face, lemon face..." For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, Rent "Jay and Silent Bob," and pay close attention the the "Good Will Hunting" spoof scene involving Ben Affleck and Matt Damon in the bar. But the below steps is basically it:

Step1 - Lion face: make the face you would if you were a lion roaring.. HARRRRRR!

Step2 - Lemon face: Face you make when eating lemons.. HOOOOOOOOOOOH!

Repeat steps 1-2 as many times as desired

I know i am doing "Lion face, Lemon face" almost every chance i get now!!

I found that lifting weight improves my complexion and "blotchy(looks like it's about to break out" skin as well. IMO, when you lift weight you burn calories. And anything, for me at least, that burns calories improves my skin.
