I prefer pigging out on whatever I want and just exercising to work off the excess calories which may contribute to various types of acne.

For example, the food i consumed today:

Breakfast:
3 fried eggs
2 pieces of toast
2 pieces of bacon
2 glasses 1% milk
1 plum

Lunch:
2 slices pizza
1 sausage on white bun
2 glasses water

Snack:
Bowl of pasta
2 slices garlic bread

Dinner:
2 pieces chicken
various steamed vegetables
wild rice
2 glasses water

Dessert:
1 piece chocolate cake
1 glass milk

What I plan to eat after typing this:
1 bowl of Count Chocula w/ 170 mL of 1% milk
