If anyone can shed some light on this id aprreciated it.
I am taking cod liver oil gel caps right now.

Each contains 1,250 IU vitamin A=25% RDA
130 IU vitamin D=32% RDA

I wanna up my dose to 6 pills a day. Is this harmful?

You should be fine. I've heard people taking far more and not having any problems.

Cod Liver oil helps development of the immune system. Cod Liver is again one of those things with numerous benefits. Having a healthy immune system effects everything really. Cod liver is also very good for your nerves and your brain as well.

Fish oil is extremlly good. I would recommend everyone to take them. I take the salmon oil ones or whatever that have 350mg of Omega-3 in each cap. This is very beneficial to acne and health.

It is possible to take too much cod liver oil. The form of vitamin A in cod liver oil is the non-carotene form, and both vitamin A and D are fat soluble and can have adverse health effects if one keeps taking too much. However, 6 pills/day is still well under the RDA's upper tolerable limit for both A and D (10,000 IU for A and 2000 IU for D I believe), so you should be fine.
99.5% Clear (skin gets 'congested' PMS week, but no actual breakouts)
---------------------------
Fragrance-Free Baby Wipes + a few drops Rimmel Makeup Remover solution
3/4 AHA Toner* & 1/4 Glycerin (cotton pad) -- good toner, moisturizer, and makeup base (use less glycerin if not under makeup)
Occasional Treatments (2-3x/week): Exfoliating bp wash* in shower, 2.5% bp lotion* at night
CoverGirl TruBlend Powder Foundation
---------------------------
* = Klear Action Kit (Pro-Activ knockoff)
---------------------------
Gluten-free diet (for non-acne reasons, but it seems to have cleared my acne)
