Breakfast-2 eggos, maybe a slice of turkey
Lunch-Turkey sandwich, carrots, and something like Triscuits, Wheat Thins, or Saltine crackers
Dinner-When I fix my own dinner, it's usually something like chicken patty, or a couple bowls of cereal, or maybe rice. When my parents fix it, sometimes it's some kind of meat w/ rice and dinner rolls
Snacks-Toast, crackers, turkey, oatmeal
I know I have too much bread in my diet, but I've got to eat something! I also probably shouldn't snack on Wheat Thins or Triscuits, and maybe eat more fruit, but I hate eating anything with very much sugar in it, fruit or not. Anyway, that's basically my diet now, and my suggestion to you would be just take small steps in improving your diet. If you just go from a ton of junk food to none in a day you're bound to go back.
