are soups ok?


99.5% Clear (skin gets 'congested' PMS week, but no actual breakouts)

Fragrance-Free Baby Wipes + a few drops Rimmel Makeup Remover solution

3/4 AHA Toner* & 1/4 Glycerin (cotton pad) -- good toner, moisturizer, and makeup base (use less glycerin if not under makeup)

i'm italian and i think that pasta doesn't have an affect on me. actually i've been thinking about this staying off fatty foods diet and pasta is not a fatty food so.. enjoy!

im not sure if it triggers mine or not.

I had a few packets of super noodles over the past 2 weeks, and after a totally clear face last week (i was so happy) this week has started out with several spots, and a nasty large one on my cheek.

So far I have nailed it down to either:

Pasta

Curry

Sugar (cakes etc)

Some fruit drink that I had, which apparently had sugar in.

Im pretty sure all of these trigger it in me. I am just a little unhappy that all things were looking good last week, and now...

I just hope things clear up a bit for my birthday next week.
