Ok, I learnt that there are like different types of fats, all of them are bad, blahblahblah, and somehow fish fat is good. It can help with acne and skin healing etc etc
I am in accutane now so I am interested in getting the skin healing part inside my body.
Being raised a vegetarian it will be tough to start consuming fish, since my taste buds will not adjust to that, but I can start taking the supplements in pill form.
Anyone knows about fish oil supplements, are they all the same or is there a particular type that has the essential fatty acids, can it be taken while on tane?
