little sleep is just a small contributor

If you wake up feeling droswey, or like u need a couple more hours then your body hasn't fully rejuvenated, adding on our daily stresses etc will lower the immune system thus making you more prone to acne.

I don't see it as a major factor, i did when i was suffering insomnia, then i started to break out..
