wtf im confused.. u can download vitamin c info? cant u google it?

i downloaded it then realised it was 100+ pages long, so i just deleted it.

Of course you can google it. This is directed information about why the RDA requirement for Vitamin C is too low.

It's a pretty interesting read, thanks. Anyway, I'd like to raise my vitamin C intake but I don't really care to take supplements. I just wish I could find some acerola cherries around here :/.
