I think that by posting what we ate today, for example, we can get a better idea on what others are eating and maybe get a few ideas on what to make ourselves to add some variety to our diets.

Well, here's mine. If you're posting then arrange it similarly to mine for easy reading.

Breakfast(10am or so) :

Steamed long-grain brown rice with mustard greens with wheat-free hoisin sauce

1 serving(~85g) of Romaine Lettuce and 1 serving of raw baby carrots

1 Apple(Granny Smith)

1 Pink Grapefruit

1 Kiwi Fruit

Dinner(Between 430-630) :

2 pieces of Steamed chicken breast(beaten Chicken breast with chinese five-spice, flax seeds and sesame seeds placed upon it then steamed for 28 minutes) with wheat-free hoisin sauce

8 steamed Brussel Sprouts

1 branch(Or whatever you call it, the bundle comes with 5 or 6 branched portions) of raw kale

1 branch of raw mustard greens

1 Apple(Granny Smith)

1 Pink Grapefruit

Snack(Around 730) :

1/2 cup of sesame seeds and flax seeds

2 Apples

I usually eat 3 meals but today I ate dinner late so I'm not really hungry now and just had a snack.

Also in between breakfast and dinner, I have around 2 Liters of water, and drink a cup of japanese green tea(tea bags). Then after dinner, I have 1-2L of water and some rooibos tea.

This is what I ate today. I'm trying a diet free of dairy, wheat, eggs and chocolate/sweets at the moment.

Breakfast -

Big bowl of oatmeal with a

tablespoon of ground up flaxseeds mixed in.

Punnet of strawberries.

Bottle of water

Lunch-

Plate of buckwheat pasta with a tin of tuna

and egg-free/dairy-free mayonnaise mixed together.

1 Apple

2 plums

Bottle of water

Handful of sunflower seeds

Handful of brazil nuts

Dinner-

Salmon and a big salad.

Bowl of grapes.

Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins and skim milk. Walnuts. Cup of green tea.

Lunch: Bowl of yellow corn meal, cooked as hot cereal, with skim milk. Granny Smith apple. One ounce of orange juice.

Afternoon snack: Cashews. Glass of water with lime juice.

Supper: Salmon chowder, containing potatoes, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, Alaska pink salmon, garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, sea salt, spices, water.

Dessert: banana

Tomorrow's menu may include turkey chili with brown rice and beans.
