Just thought I'd translate for the US folk -- "pudding" (UK) means "dessert" (US) (Windwaker, "pudding" in the US is what we call blancmange)

Anyway, I used to make a very tasty orange and honey fool by alternating layers of mild yogurt, crumbled digestive biscuits (graham crackers for the US folk), honey and orange segments -- really really yummy, but maybe not that christmasy! Don't know whether or not digestive biscuits have gluten, but if so there may be a gluten free alternative...
