So I've read creatine isn't good for acne, how about whey protein? Is that ok to take for a workout supplement?

how is creatine bad for acne? and as far as diet, in my experience nothing has broken me out, but everyones different. I've read people saying you might get problems from it, so keep that in mind and see what happens after a week or two.

I'm not sure how creatine affects acne, but in several posts people have commented that they have broken out days after starting creatine. I'm on Accutane right now in my 5th and final month, I'm not sure how whey protein will affect that. Comments?

I dont brake out when taking whey protein or creatine , but it may differ for diffrent people, cause i hear whey protein makes you brake out but im pretty sure creatine doesnt since your body naturally makes it

It seems to affect some people and others not. Give it ago and see what happens. Avoid the cheap shit

I used this type of whey protein. As far as I know, it doesn't contribute to acne.
