It doesn't do anything, a fad. But it might turn you silver if you are interested.

Yeah the research looks promising, ive been reading into CS alot myself and while i have not tried it i fully believe it works. Biggest downside is buying the correctly manufactured silver as buying off companies who have no idea on how to manufacture it correctly will turn you silver in time.

The jury is still out for me on CS, however in the future i most definately plan on using it. If you do end up buying some, while using it stay out of the sun or wear a hat or whatever, as it effects the melonin in the skin which is why you may turn grey, you'll be fine once you discontinue use.

I rate the silver research 9/10 personally in the sounds great category! but nobody wants to turn grey even if it does kill every bug in your body.

Before the advent of penicillin and modern antibiotics, two natural antibiotics were widely used to treat infections: colloidal silver and garlic. While I have never tried silver, I've found crushed raw garlic, added to cooked food, helps prevent acne. Besides its antimicrobial properties, garlic is a good source of selenium, which provides protection against heavy metal toxicity, and manganese, which functions as a cofactor in antioxidant enzymes, such as superoxide dismutase.

What was the dosage you took and was it just for acne?

I never taken it internally, but used topically with no funny results though.
