Saturated fats, like in olive oil, increase your testosteron levels dramatically!!!!

(i thought olive oil was good, damn.) (are nuts high in saturated fats?)

High protein diets (lower in carbs and fat) decrease your testosteron a lot!!

(i find this suprising)

Weight training increases your Testosteron levels (ok, this is expected). Especially when training on muscle mass (like squatting).

Just wanted to share these findings
