To give you background information ...

Oral medications (pills) usually don't work for me and I get plagued by side effects like nausea.

Financially, I cannot pay for hundred-dollar worth medications.

Benzamyicn seems to be working a little but I sometimes have cysts on my back and it doesn't work for that. (benzamycin and facials (acne surgery) is the way I am clearing up my face)

In my body I usually have blackheads, on my chest I have numerous small blackheads, On my shoulders I have blackheads and red marks ... On my back I also have blackheads, red marks, and cysts.

Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

The product that really brought down my body acne was Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub with salicylic acid.
Its so much better then the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash.
The Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash broke me out.
After I used the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub. I would then use the Aveeno clear complexion cleansing bar.
It has 0.5 percent Salicylic Acid. It also has Soy, Vitamins B5, C and E in it.

The best lotion i'v tried for body acne was Paula's Choice Weightless Body Treatment. It has 2% Beta Hydroxy Acid and 2 percent salicylic acid.
I use this every other day. I would use it after getting out the shower.

Thanks flutie ... as I can see ... Salicylic acid may be the answer since all the products you recommended have it ... for now I will use benzamycin since it has 3% of it twice a day on my back until I find those products.

Aveeno clear complexion cleansing bar? I have it ... but I only bought it for my face as well as a facial cleanser bar of neutrogena. I will start using aveeno on my back , maybe I'll see results. Thanks
