I'm in an organic agriculture class at college and today we got to hear Jim Riddle speak. He is going to be the NOSB (National Organic Standards Border) chairman next year. It was really interesting to hear him speak. He talked about organics, from production regulations to some of the different markets. He has been involved in organics for a long time (was a certifier) and really knows what he was talking about.
