Is there a way to get flax seed and nutritional yeast into one smoothie or convenient dish? I haven't read anything that would discourage taking the two together. By the way, what is the difference between nutritional yeast and brewer's yeast (if there is one), and would you recommend taking either flax seed or nutritional yeast? If so, how much daily? Thanks!
