Well I wasn't totally satisfied with the BP and decided to give epsom salts a go, It worked awesomely for 3 days and then I woke up like this evil.gif sad.gif

user posted image

Thats enough to make me crawl back into bed and stay there till it goes away I feel like staying home but I have an exam today at uni.

Was also just after I washed, so its a bit irritated and red, it still looks like shit at the moment but not as red.

I'm back on the BP already after seeing the diff in the pics.

Heres a pic about 3-4 days ago when I stopped the BP

Hrm my nose looks like it is lopsided lol, I guess it is a bit but its not that noticeable in real life, must be the angles of the camera biggrin.gif

So yeah keep at the BP everyone, it doing me an awesome job, I just hope I can get back to like I was before the 20th when I have a staff party on!

So much more value for money too!

~$12aud : ~$18aud

That benzac stuff is the most comparable product I could find here, you just get so much less for a higher cost, you rock Dan biggrin.gif

I really need a haircut too tongue.gif

I'll take some daily progression pics as well to see how the BP works for me.

I sure did, used my visa card and ordered online.

Bought 2 tubes cost me about $32 aud including shipping, and you get like twice as much for the amount you spend here in chemists for the Benzac AC, win win situation.

Took about a week and a half and then appeared on my doorstep one day smile.gif

don't fall off the wagon...or is it on the wagon? i can't ever remember...

however, if you are 100% clear, i think it's o.k. to start adding or subtracting products. you did seem to be clear in the bottom pic. perhaps you could have incorporated the epsom salts with out quitting the bp.

love the expressions, by the way...so very serious. cool.gif too cool...

Yeah BP seems to be the choice. I'm not planning on diverting from it. I'm not clear yet, but I've already begun altering products. I.e. instead of cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer, I've started using this St. Ives cleanser and a Eucerin moisturizer, etc.

Thanks for posting those pics. BP is always the thing that worked best for me too. Also, that's really cool to see the bp gel on someone else's table other than my own smile.gif

Thanks for the comments guys smile.gif

That clearish pic still isn't 100% you can see a lil tiny bit on my forehead (picky i know tongue.gif) and my main whinge was lil flesh coloured bumpies over my cheeks that didn't really show up in the photo. I wanted to see if they'd dissapear as well.

Well day 1 and its already started, all the inflmation/redness is gone and the acne has started shrinking back. *fingers crossed* it'll continue this fast!

I'll make a post in the regimen journal section thingy of my progress.

in my experience bp does not help the flesh colored bumpy things...it only helps with inflamed acne. i had a bunch of those, which are just clogged pores, and i'm pretty sure you just have to have them extracted. my derm's assistant did it for me and she ended up irritating the hell out of my face and i had a bunch of pimples. but the bumps were gone when the pimples went away and now my face is totally clear.

I can't really see those pictures, so I don't know how bad they are. I just want to let people know I have stopped BP all of a sudden, after 2 applications/day for 1 month. I aint got any major breakouts(2 new whiteheads since I last stopped), been putting ACV on the red bumps which BP brought up, now they become whiteheads and are dropping off relatively quickly (2-3 days).

In case anyone asks, I've stopped BP for 7 days.
