What's the difference? Is the only "healthier" or better than the other?

Um... concentrate is made by taking some fruit flavoring and adding water (the flavor is concentrated so that, when diluted, it tastes normal).

Non-concentrate(fresh squeezed) is better than concentrate.

Natural or not doesn't matter. Lots of shit stuff is natural.

I would go with fresh is usually better.
