I've had low/moderate acne since I was about 16, now 21 it's mostly cleared with an occasional pimple hear or there but I've developed what I believe to be cystic acne (correct me if I'm wrong) along my jawline which have been prevalent for a year pretty much. Just wondering if you guys had any treatment recommendations. I eat well, drink a lot of water and gym/sauna pretty much every day and have a physical job. Any help is appreciated.

I don't think this is acne. I had confirmed cystic acne for years and it does not look quite like that. Those look more like sebaceous cysts. Get a doctor to look at that ASAP.
