I'm actually curious about this - for females exclusively.
Because orgasm does increase prolactin, and too much prolactin can affect acne indirectly. (Too high prolactin levels are sometimes treated with BCPs because the extra estrogen helps with the symptoms apparently)
Hormonal acne, clear T-zone but big cysts on cheeks. Ovulation-time pimples on sides of the chin. All recurring.
Yasmin BCP cleared me up while I was on it, despite my crappy diet and minimal use of topicals at the time.
Breaks me out:
Dairy: Cow stuff are bad. Probiotics and goat products are fine.
Omega-6: Walnuts and safflower oil when consumed in excess. (Solgar 1000 IU D3 has safflower oil in it, thus breaks me out!)
Cinnamon: In excess.
Topicrem PV Body Wash (Anti-fungal, I use it for my face)
Solante Pigmenta Sunscreen (Tinosorb)
Natrol Milk Thistle Advantage, Fish oil caps, Vitamin K2, 1000 mg Vitamin C, Calcium, Multi
Quit Accutane after 1 month(Dec, 2014). Still healing from the initial breakout it left.
I want to try/experiment with: Vitamin B6, Zinc, Myo-inositol, Vitex, Cod liver oil(Vit A and E), Resveratrol, CoQ-10, Spray magnesium oil, Vitamin D3, Topical niacinamide, Topical antioxidants, Boreade CL
--- Acne started around the time I've lost 2 teeth from decay but stupidly left the roots in because of my dentist phobia. My huge cysts were/are ALWAYS on my cheeks over where those teeth used to be. Don't do this! Get your cavities taken care of. Replace mercury fillings with resin ones. Scrape the bacteria off your tongue in the morning. Take good care of your teeth, it's a critical source of inflammation.
