Can anyone in the UK recommend a good body wash I can buy? I'm getting quite a few white heads/pimples on my chest area lately and nothing I've used so far has helped (green tea/mint shower gel, sudacrem...

Is there a good product I can buy which will help calm down the redness and prevent future breakouts? Preferably something available in Boots.

I use a 10% Benzolyl Peroxide wash from my derm & it works great! You can find 10% Benzoyl Peroxide products in stores or online too though. Also, make sure when you sweat, to quickly remove it & wash up!

If you're a woman/girl, try sleeping braless. It has helped me a lot.

I've had good luck with Probiotic Action *Moderator edit, URL removed - read the board rules* - I started seeing a difference in just a few weeks. I see some other people recommending Benzolyl Peroxide -- it does get rid of the pimples but once or twice when I used it it actually burned my skin, which was WAY worse than the acne was, so I couldn't recommend that.
