No Order Confirmation But My Money Gone?

Hey so I want a moderator or someone to tell me whats going on, so here's what happened I filled out the checkout 100% correctly even double checked (using a debit/visa card btw) and then pressed pay for order and next a page came up that said fatal error.. so I pressed back, then before I pressed pay for order again I thought i'd check my bank account to see if it went through, and it did.. so what i don't understand is why I didn't get a confirmation email and why did it say fatal error? I'm kind of mad right now because 70$ with the shipping option I chose is kind of expensive and I'm not even sure if it's being sent? like wtf? someone who works for the company please get back to me asap.
