I eat 8-12 different vegetables, fruits and roots a day so I am not too worried about getting all the vitamins I need. Most of my food doesn't have dirt on it so I'm worried about getting all the minerals I need. Most of the daily multivitamins I see have like 10-20% daily rec for minerals. Does anyone know of a supplement that is just magnesium, zinc and iron? Any other mineral suggestions? I guess chelated is preferred.
