Has ANYONE had any success using Vitamin B5???? confused.gif

I have very very oily skin and I dropped all my perscribed stuff and started using Aromaleigh skincare. It got worse, then it got better.. ALMOST clear.. then I got these cysts.

I still believe Aromaleigh Skincare is good for me. but...

I don't think my acne is something that can be treated from outside.

I ordered some B5 from Vitacure.

I've tried almost everything. (except accutane.. and maybe bacon.)
And I've been fighting acne for 8 years now.
I've had it.

B5 will help with oil, you can't have acne if you don't have oily skin. You'll notice results within a week, and you'll start clearing pretty good within a month. Most people stay on it for about three months, and then stay on it afterwards, but just decrease their dosage.

I'm having success with it, and its been around a week.

Thanks~

I think it will help me as well..

My dermatologist (when I did go) always, always, always commented on how oily my face was. It was. I was on a BP cream, retin-a, and an oral anitbiodic ... and I was 10 bajillion times oilier (and red!!!) back when I was using them. I kicked them back in August.

It's still pretty dang oily.
I also have an oily scalp .. I wonder if this will help that as well.

I've heard B5 can take up to a week to three months to see results. But most see some kind results in a week or so.

I don't fear breakouts... I have plenty on my face already, it's been that way for many years now.

Good luck to you both on your B5 regimen thing.~

No, I didn't lower my dosage. It lessened my symptoms by maybe 70-80% and then after awhile it just gradually stopped having an effect. But this was like months of time, it wasn't like it stopped working after 2 weeks. I tried in fact to up the dosage thinking maybe that would help but it didn't. I think I've heard of other people building up a tolerance to it but maybe I'm wrong about that.
