Cheers to all (us) sufferers! I am about to start the regimen in a few days, as soon as it arrives. At the moment i follow a similar course with cleansing, 5% bp (twice, thinking switchng only at night) and moistutrize. Before bp i use geranium essential oil for the scars. I kinda feel the dryiness and tight skin, while in the morning my face is super dry! Though, i have stubborn red spots, two pimples forming at the moment and one active. My acne is totally hormonal. Is it possible a surfacial treatment with lotions as the regimen is to cure an inner imbalance? And how long will it last? My plan is to bring my face into controlling terms with the regimen and then stop this step by step daily routine. I dont mind a couple of zits every month as long as the situation is bareable. Plus, i live in a very sunny country and the bp makes the skin sensitive to the sun. I dont want to stick to bp for ever.... I would really appreciate honest replies!!

I've heard that Maca can help balance hormones. I haven't tried it though so I can't recommend it.
