What kind of treatment is best for these kind of scars? I have had these scars for about 3 years now and they dont seem to be going away.

Try Retin A or AHA to even out skin tone. You can also get IPL. Otherwise, they will go away eventualy if you stop breaking out on those areas.

A lot of people don't seem to know the difference between scars and hyper pigmentation. The pigmentation is a whole lot easier to treat compared to indented scarring. Robertitto seems to have given you the answer I would have given. I'm surprised that after three years they are till there, perhaps because you still have active lesions in that area. Maybe you do have some scarring but from the pictures I just looked at I don't see any, it could be the lighting too though. Are you going out into the sun without sunscreen? The suns rays are the worst possible thing to come into contact with when your trying to fade any type of pigmentation from skin conditions.
