Hi there, I have decided to document my experience using no acne product. For awhile now I have used all sorts of acne topical medications. Erythromycin topical, benzoyl peroxide, benzaklin, clindamycin gel, and tretinoin cream. Now my experience may differ from others, but personally I was never really an acne ridden teen. I went through all of highschool having a few zits every now and then. And after graduating in 2012, decided I would.start trying prescription methods. I have been progressively developing worse acne, and more acne since that day. On january 12th I stopped using the clindamycin and tretinoin. And began only using water and soap. Day 1 and 2 I am still very dry skinned, and obviously.my acne is still there. I will be updating daily. Please feel free to share your experiences using no product.

Its now day 6. I've noticed the redness has been reduced a lot. The dry skin is getting better, and the whiteheads arr still there. I also take fish oil, vitamin a, vitamin d3, and zinc. As well as cut out dairy, and drinking more water. I'm enlisted in the army so I've always been physically in shape, but upped my cardio to every day.. the results have been slow but they are there. My breakouts have not gotten worse whatsoever as they did on the clindamycin and other meds.

Also, I've stopped thinking about it. When your not excessively putting things on your face, you tend to let it slip into the corner of your mind and just lI've your life.
