Do any of you drink alcohol on occasion? I need a "safe" drink for when I go out...what do you usually drink that doesn't break you out the next day? I'm talking about 1-2 glasses, nothing too crazy.

I can't have anything that raises my histamines too much, like cider and beer (although heineken seems to be ok for me), and whiskey is a bit risky too.  Any ideas for other liquors and cocktails? Apple-flavored smirnoff ice seems to be a good option for me, but I'm not sure how many bars in the US actually serve smirnoff vodka.

Any suggestions for other drinks?

Supplements: inositol, DIM, digestive enzymes [don't need them every day anymore, only on cheat days], herpanacine & vitamin C with rose hips [not every day], regular sun exposure for vitamin D3.

Lifestyle & Skin Care: Low histamine diet, avoiding unnecessary stress, balancing skin's PH (using Image Ormedics), using distilled/ filtered water to wash face, occasional high frequency facials... (although I have been slacking lately)

This is interesting because, when I drink sometimes I can almost feel myself reacting to it within minutes and my skin does become somewhat blotchy. I think red wine, and some spirits react badly for me, however I have found that vodka and soda and high quality beer are much better for some reason.

as long as you take fiber supplement or powder up to the amount of sugar or half the alcoholic has, you wont break out
