I have decided I want to try vitamins as a way to improve my nodular acne, I have been researching vitamins and so far I have read that the vitamins which supposedly help are Vitamins A, E and C, Selenium, Zinc and MSM. Is it okay for me to take all of these vitamins everyday? How much of each should I take each day? And can anyone suggest a routine for me to take the vitamins for example take certain vitamins in the morning and take the others at night?

Just take herpanacine if those are the vitamins you are interested in. It contains all of them in the right amount & %s except vitamin C. Don't add MSM until a month or 2 on multivitamins.

take vitamins after or during a meal.

Supplements: inositol, DIM, digestive enzymes [don't need them every day anymore, only on cheat days], herpanacine & vitamin C with rose hips [not every day], regular sun exposure for vitamin D3.

Lifestyle & Skin Care: Low histamine diet, avoiding unnecessary stress, balancing skin's PH (using Image Ormedics), using distilled/ filtered water to wash face, occasional high frequency facials... (although I have been slacking lately)
