Hi!
I dont know if any of you can answer this for me, but i'll ask anyway.


I ordered some products from Acne.org elleven days ago. I live in norway and i have ordered from Acne.org many times. I tracked my order today and this came up:
"Your item could not be delivered on December 18, 2013 at 5:37 pm in NORWAY due to the addressee not available at time of delivery. It is being held while the addressee is notified."
Does anyone know what it means and when am I going to get my order?

says clearly your address might have been wrong

You should definitely contact the shipping company directly to see if you can confirm a delivery address. Also you could contact support@acne.org via email and see if they have any details!

You should definitely contact the shipping company directly to see if you can confirm a delivery address. Also you could contact support@acne.org via email and see if they have any details!

I have contacted acne.org via mail, but they does not answer. I have also tried to contact the shipping company but it does not work because i am from norway. But i have ordered from acne.org many times before with the same address so i dont understand why they cant find my address?

Sometimes It takes a couple business days for the acne.org support team to email back... this time of year I imagine they are swamped with emails. Usually shipping companies have an international line you can contact via phone. You could try that, if not I'm sure the acne.org support team will respond to your email within the next couple of days.

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to Acne.org. I was wondering if anyone has had these products shipped to the UK and if so did you have to pay any import charges? Would really appreciate if you could share your experience with me.

Same thing happen to me like a month ago... they shipped it to wrong address
