I've had this cyst since monday under my nose , and on tuesday night after leaving vicks vapour rub and doing on hot compresses on it, i thought i saw a head, and popped it, but only a little bit of pus came out. I could still feel loads of pus underneath as it was still hard.

The next day, it was really large, dry and red, and its still like that today

I can't cover it with makeup, and its so noticeable and I can't leave the house :(

I have been using sudocrem on it, and its supposedly good for acne and wounds.

I guess my question is, how to i stop it from being slightly raised, and red?

I am from the UK, so I can't gety cortisone shots, neosporin or polysporin

Thank you

you can take 2 aleve twice a day to help reduce the pain and size of the cyst as well as you can try to ice it a few times a day too. good luck!

if it's drained a little already it will continue to dry out or come to a head...but yes do leave it alone

I'm a sudocrem fan too, I mix it with Marguerite Zinc cream to match my skin tone...very drying but that's just what I need and I find it's a great mix for me (and it tints the redness so I feel better when I peak into the mirror).t

So leave it alone keep applying the sudocrem and it will dry up, how long will it take?  who knows, so many variables...but daily it should get smaller and drier.
