I am glad the regimen is working for you!!!
My knee is somewhat okay. It turns out I messed up my IT band, which can't be healed by time, but mostly by stregthening the muscles around the tendon, so that means lots of squats, spin class, swimming, elliptical and weights. I've been doing that, along with hiking for the last three weeks, and was finally able to run 3.1 miles straight last week!! !I was so happy, it took everything in my power to not scream with joy in the gym LOLL..
WHICH brings me to the subject of the gym...literally before i had no self confidence. I was so worried about my face. Now, I just put on some concealer (still haven't put foundation on in over two months!!!) and I wipe my face with a towel, and I don't care what anyone thinks, because my face hardly looks bad. I even GO IN THE POOL and swim vigorously and don't care.
My face is about 89% clear, I still get the random zits here and there, but I really think its from stress, sweat and rubbing my face //gotta stop that habit. Sorry for being MIA in this forum, real life has happened, and these classes are kicking my butt!!! I also finally finished my novel, so I'm working on the editing process before sending it off to hopefully get published!
