Need Help With Zinc

I bought zinc supplement early this day, and I'm having some questions, please help me!

I heard that vitamin B6 is not good for acne, especially at high value, but here's the problem.

I bought BIO ZINC (Zinc chelate in the form of Amino Acid which is considered quite expensive and easy to be absorbed) but it comes with

-Zinc (from Zinc amino chelate) 14.9 mg

-Magnesium (from magnesium phosphate) 18.6 mg

-Manganese (from Manganese amino acid chelate) 2 mg

-Vitamin A 2500 IU

-Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 50 mg (2500 % US RDA) (!!)

My question is that should I take this product (because it has SO MUCH B6 in it) (but I've also heard that it's great when use B6 with zinc) and if I should, how much pill a day should I take to make my acne better.

Could try it and see what happens. Some B6 can help, but too much can be a problem. This amount I do not know sorry.

Just taking Zinc alone might help. Take after meals and avoid calcium rich foods as minerals like calcium and zinc compete for the same metabolic pathway if i remember correctly.

Zinc can cause extreme stomach/intestinal problems long term, at high doses, and especially on an emtpy stomach. I stopped because i was getting extreme abdominal cramping and had bleeding in my stool.
