Hi, my previous post was reloaded by mistake so here again. I use Isotretinoine low dose atm and have only problems with the red dots and some scars. The red dots are very stubborn and I got them since a long time. Here you see some pics from today, but my camera isn't very hightech, so the red dots are much more noticeable in real life...

What do you guys recommend? I think Fraxel Restore could be too limply and a CO2 Laser top harsh. I have a very sensitive skin! Not forgetting the money...

Besides the acne I have redness next to the nose. Sometimes it gets worse after taking a shower or sometimes without any reason. Does anybody know what this could be and what I can do against the redness? It isn't really itchy, but sometimes it scales, especially on the nose as you can see in the pictures...I already hat this before Isotretinoine!

Thanks a lot!!

cheers

p.s. I already use some  La Roche-Posay and Avene lotions for my skin care...

Hi,

Could I suggest you use forever living products to relive the dryness and redness, the products are 100% natural, and having used these myself, as im currently on Differin and this treatment has made my skin peel after day 4, this product range helps tremendously in reducing the redness and flakiness. I can advise what I use should you be interested

Thanks for your answers! I'm trying some fruit acid at home for the dots.

But I still have the issue with the redness next to the nose. It's like the strange skin is only in the area of the pores/sebaceous gland around the nose.

Does anybody have an idea? Any solutions? Here are some pics:

Can you please be more specific, what is "all that"? Will a strip help me to get rid of the redness? That bit of scaling is not really the problem...

Thanks a lot!

p.s. what product exactly do you recommend?

All the redness is PIH I assume? Can someone please clarify? I deal with the same, but it's much better than last year. I assume Retin A or TCA peels can do the trick.

Do you have another solution, too? Something for the longterm...

Maybe Differin? Thanks!

The red dots look kind of like freckles to me, actually.

Hi guys,

I uploaded a few new pictures in different lighting. In real life it's much more visible and more red.

Last year I used for 2-3 Months 6% glycolic acid almost every night. This year I used it again for 1 month, but together with differin. Well my skin peeled 1 time, but it changed only a little bit.

Now I want to start with higher percentage of glycolic acid. For the first time I want to use 20% for 3 minutes and go higher every week.

Unfortunately my skin is very sensitive and still a little bit pink/red. My questions:

1. With initially 20% I should be on the safe side, right?

2. In my case glycolic acid is probably better than a dermaroller, b/c I have more problems with the red marks than scars?

3. Will it help for the red marks, what do you think?

Thanks for your opinions!
