I'm going to start a raw vegan diet this Thursday and document the changes in my acne. I'll also be publicising what I eat on a daily basis.

I've heard a lot about how this diet has the ability to heal acne, so rather than just sitting back researching the topic I thought it would be more effective trying it out for myself and seeing if it works.

Hopefully I can encourage some more people do the same thing.

All my food logs and results will be on www.dietgivesyouacne.com

Once you're raw vegan you'll appreciate life and nature much more. Do it for yourself, and for nature. Also, you can't just 'try it out'. You need to stick with it until you are fully detoxed. I suggest you pickup 80/10/10 by Douglas Graham before you start it, it's free.

Also take a look at my recent topic: http://www.acne.org/...e-treatment-is/

Much luck,

Robert.

interesting. i know of one woman who runs a skin care site who healed her acne by eating mostly raw vegan. if you're interested in the site, feel free to message me.

i used to do raw vegan cleanses yearly and that always made my skin look nice. i am not interested in doing raw or vegan for long periods of time though, so that is not an option for me. yet, i can say that eating in that way can assist one with healing their skin.

If it wasn't for the occasional serving of chicken/fish, my diet would be vegan. I don't see any health benefits in removing this though
