i'm really confused:
so what is the difference between spectrojel and cetaphil???

they have completely different ingredients. They have the same concept (to be gentle on the skin) but Cetaphil contains bad ingredients for the skin. And i'm pretty sure Cetaphil costs more, which is senseless to me.
Plus, Spectro cleans the skin better.

ya, I always tell people who are using Cetaphil, that if their skin isn't getting any better and maybe even worse, they should re-think the cleanser they are using. Cetaphil's gentle cleanser version is no good!

oh and to add, I know spectro cleans better because I was really bored two days ago and I tested them...made it into a lil competeion lol

Plus, imo, the texture of cetaphil is blah. It feels like a majorly watered-down moisturizer.

i'm just scared to switch and then my face goes crazy lol. but yeah i used cetaphil because it is gentle but the fact it has bad ingredients in it worries me.

from my experience.....I really don't think you have anything to be worried about. Switching to Spectro will must likely not cause a reaction.
