These are a lot of supplements. You should start with a few at a time to know what works and what doesn't. While all of these have helped people, some have also caused breakouts in others. If you search the forums for each supplement, you'll see mixed reviews, so it's best to start with 1-2 that you think are the most important for you.
Flax seed, evening primrose, and fish oil have broken some people out, including myself, so it really depends on what your body needs. Also, starting with 50mg of zinc is too much in my opinion. You should start with 25mg and then see if you can work your way up to 50mg, but be careful because zinc can deplete your body of copper, and then that creates a whole other set of issues.
Supplements: inositol, DIM, digestive enzymes [don't need them every day anymore, only on cheat days], herpanacine & vitamin C with rose hips [not every day], regular sun exposure for vitamin D3.
Lifestyle & Skin Care: Low histamine diet, avoiding unnecessary stress, balancing skin's PH (using Image Ormedics), using distilled/ filtered water to wash face, occasional high frequency facials... (although I have been slacking lately)
