Has anyone used recommended Bioflavonoids especially quercetin to reduce inflammation?

Quercetin is also often paired with bromelain, a natural anti-inflammatory derived from pineapples.

I'm a huge believer in quercetin. I've taken it for many years; about 10 I think.

It works better when used in conjunction with pycnogenol. But I cannot say that it cures acne; more like.....it works great as an all-around health tonic when used with an excellent quality pycnogenol (I use Life Plus 100 OPC brand).

It is good for acne, but I have used it for years and it didn't clear me. I had to liverflush and bowel cleanse for that to happen.

Oh yeah....I really like TwinLab quercetin. Quercetin is also excellent for asthma.

Quercetin has antiscarring properties. A good antiscarring combo is quercetin and turmeric.
