Hey guys I just wanted to see if any of you guys experience a wierd-tight "still on your face" feeling after applying BP. I was wondering if i could change this feeling in anyway because it really demotivates me to apply bp. Btw i apply BP after i cleanse which is approximately 10-20 mins later.

Cheers

Are you still new to the regimen? You usually feel the tight feeling when your skin is still adjusting to the BP.

Morning Routine:

- BENZOYL PEROXIDE : 1 pump of The Acne.org 2.5%
- MOISTURIZER: CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion + 5-6 drops of Acne.org Jojoba Oil

Evening Routine:
- CLEANSER: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser/Acne.org Cleanser
- BENZOYL PEROXIDE : 1 pump of The Acne.org 2.5%
- MOISTURIZER: Cetaphil Moilturizing Lotion/Cream + Acne.org AHA + 5-6 drops of Acne.org Jojoba Oil

Extras:
- Concealer: MAC Studio Finish Concealer in C25

                    NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer
- Pressed Powder: MAC Select Sheer in NC20

The Balm Sexy Mama Translucent Power

Smashbox Photoset Pressed Power in Light
- Foundation: Revlon Colorstay for Oily/Combination Skin in Buff

Laura Mercier Smooth Finish Flawless Fuide in Cashew

- Tinted Moisturizer: Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer in Nude
- Scrub: St. Ives Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control (twice a week in the AM)

- Eyecream: Clinique All About Eyes
- Medication: Diane 35
                     Meftormin 500mg (for PCOS)
- Supplements: Vitamin D3 (1000UI/day) --- Started 5/16/2013

Try applying the moisturiser within a quicker a time frame also. Experiment with how long in-between BP and moisturiser (e.g. 3, 4, 5, 10, 20 mins etc), you may be surprised at how your skin will react.

Will initially the BP

Well initially the side effects of BP were very uncomfortable for me. But after a few months of keeping up with the regimen, my skin eventually got used to the skin and it felt like skin again. Perhaps you might want to try a different moisturizer? maybe jojoba oil? Sometimes the Acne.org moisturizer doesn't always do it for everybody and some people need a better/thicker moisturizer.
