Hello, I get whiteheads on my chin everyday. Mostly when I wakeup they are at its worst, and I will still get them throughout the day if I am wearing makeup, if I am not wearing makeup, if I workout, if I don't workout, if I eat; if I don't eat. I am a very hygienic and a clean person and I am out of ideas as what could be causing this. Does anybody have any dietary advice or exercise advice that could help lessen this problem? I have heard no dairy and do yoga; does anyone have experience with this?

Definitely sounds like a diet thing. How is your sugar intake?

What toothpaste do you use..... seriously. I cant use anything with a whitening agent in the ingredients because i get honkers on my chin (even my derm said that). I can only use tarter protection by Crest its like a pale blue paste. Also dont use colgate my derm also recc that as well.

Do you put your hand on your chin a lot (like when you're trying to concentrate / think or something)? That may irritate the area
