Hello. I have been using benzoyl peroxide 10% for about a year now but it only gets me about 50% clear. As such I am enquiring into any supplements I may take in an attempt to be clear or nearly clear. I have tried Zinc and Vitamin D in the past and they have not worked. RIght now my thoughts are on either Saw Palmetto, Pantothenic Acid, or Niacinamide. I just ordered Niacinamide because it has scientific evidence to back its acne-fighting properties and because it helps with anxiety, which I have. I don't want to risk pantothenic acid because of the high doses that are needed and the hair loss really frightens me. Saw palmetto, on the other hand, doesn't really seem to bring about any drastic changes in men, even though I believe my acne is hormonal. Is Niacinamide my best bet?

I think so. I take niacinmide and my face is clear BUT mine is prescribed by my dermatologist so it's strength is much stronger then what you can buy.
