What kind of nose scar? After 4 days! You're losing all credibility cause i don't believe you.

There might be no difference in the picture since it is not yet fully healed. There is also a white head that popped out from the scar so it is what probably what made my scar less noticeable. Like what i have mentioned in my own thread, I only fasted for 4 days. We have to fast for 2 weeks or more for the scar to heal. And prior to my fasting, i lived a healthy life style. I was a part time raw foodist and vegan, which probably contributed to my fast healing. My scar did not completely fill up. My skin is still glowig up to now, because I still eat healthy. It could also be one reason why yhe scar is less noticeable. I plan to do a longer fast when I'm done with my training in my new job. I am not FORCING you guys to do this. I have done lots of research with regards to water fasting, thats why I myself performed the fast. Please if you are new with the topic, do not try water fast. I am physically and mentally ready when I did this. :)

hey anyone knows here whats the best way to end fast without geting any fat/weight back?

for 5 days, 10 days, 20 days, 30 days??

also for water fast, juice fast and water/juice fast (u start with water but at some point continue with juice)

yea this is so weird, ppl just allways run away, no evidence whatsoever...

 

if ill ever fast ill post all the pics with all the problems.

my main probs are scared pores, redmarks and 1 scar (but im not sure by now if it didnt apeared there from the beginning like a part of a face tbh ~_~ so yea not much scars here but pretty bad texture anyway)

 

just answer my questions someone, i might do this..

also improtant: what happens to face fat/volum/plumness?? colagen, elasticity, subcutaneous fat?? do u loose those or actually improve or what??

face fat and neck fat went away. I fasted for four days but it went back eventually because I gained weight.

i lost a total of 2kg for 4 days and I believe its water fat that I lost. I gained back my weight very soon after 3 days of eating and I am actually happy about that because I am really skinny. I broke the fast with cucumber juice and a very little slice of banana. I did that for 2 days and on the 3rd day I ate a very small fish meat. By now I am back to my normal eating. I eat high protein foods because I want to fast again after a week or two. One more thing I noticed, i guess my nose scar was back to its depth. The scarred pore also returned back. Not so familiar if it is of the same size before but it is deeper and larger compared to what it looked like after my fast and 2 days of cucumber juice and banana. So I am planning to do a longer fast. :-) You might want to go along with me at the same time. :)

hmm dude, i was actually getting diff opinions on this nd maybe its not that good or just useful afterall? 
cleansing, detoxing maybe, but regenerating thing is i think pulled out of ass bcs srsly ppl, u gotta post at least somewhat pics/proof for all what u say had any value..
 
nd what u wrote is actually rly depressing, bcs u know what? i think reason y ur scar sorta disappeared was bcs of swelling maybe? idk y it would happen but i think its similar effect to when u wake up at morning nd ur face is puffier (all indents even out therfor as well) but then it goes down during the day. so mayb something similar happens during fast? anyway seems like its just not the real thing :c 
 
bcs y would new collagen and skin cells suddenly disappear if they just grew?
 
im looking into dermarolling/stamping right now and i suggest u that too. it actually stimulates collagen and elastin growth, its proven
 
ill research fast some more but atm im disappointed...

Make more research regarding water fasting. It really helps in curing deep acne scars. Many had success with this method. Just pm me. I might fast already after a week shiki. Do not be depressed. We are all going to heal. It takes time and effort. :)

im afraid ill binge after it nd get fat, screw up my metabolism nd most importantly will fuk up my face! u loose face fat dude, u might end up gaunt! if u loose subcatenous fat, collagen, elastin. all those things dont grow easily. u might end up with wrinkles nd premature aged look as well 
 
thing is this is just not for everyone. it just works for some but for some it doesnt. i think its genetics thing again. i feel im not suited for this. i just have bad feeling. even low cal eating is making my face somewhat wasted already :doubt:
 
how long will u fast nd when u start tho? will u be posting here? research even better before nd think better too, srsly many ppl say it didnt even work for them (scars)...

back in december i undertook a very low cal eating and regular fasts with also training.... my face was clearer but i looked older, my skin was sooooooodepleted of life.

I ate 400-1000 calories a day of vegs and chicken and fish, no fat ever. Around 8 weeks with weekly carb loading (fruits, soy yoghurt with oats). BUT I also did 2 hours of low impact cardio a day minimum most days. I achieved a killer body and did this to improve my looks a bit, although I am skinny, 5 ft 8, 128-130 Pounds now. BUTTTTT I literally looked like hell in the face. I didnt believe nutrition can make this difference. 

 

Now I eat around 1600-2500 depending what I do/dont. I have a better body, because I am firmer and leaner abs, because I am not always bloated of the exess proteins. Big nutritious smoothie with loads of fat in the morning, fish, organic meat or eggs or sweet potatoes with fat anf rainbow salad in the evening. My scars are fading almost 100%, but this time not only is my face clear, my skin glows. Highly recommend black seed oil. 

 

Water fasting may be good for some, but for me every kind of fasting is depleting the organism of nutritions. I literally started to "glow" after I calculated the needed amount of food to meet 100% vitamin E from food, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Vitamin A, Bs, SELEN, Copper Etc. The menus I made for myself are calculated to be my medicine. I only supplement vitamin D and a skin-vitamin complex of different things such as medicine yeast, some Bs, Zinc Biotin etc. 

 

It is hard, but it is worth it.

wait what do u mean no fat ever? arent fish and chicken fat? :/ what do u mean with fat then?
 
hm eating like u do now did make u gain some weight tho right? 
did u exercise during low cal nd do u exercise now?
if thats u in the pic btw, u do have rly nice body!
 
i cant imagine myself calculating all the vitamins for food every day tho..~_~

This thread is nonsense. There hasn't been a single bit of info, theory or studies as to why doing this horrible thing to yourself would make your scars 'heal.' Only people telling each other it does and links to other such forums or blogs with people telling each other it does.

Why would you listen without even a hint of reasoning as to why this would work?

Well, I did look into why. And that is that protolease enzymes (and other mechanisms of autophagy) when not used for digestion would travel your bloodstream and eat up virility, parasites and whatnot. And scar tissue. But they aren't going to rush to your epidermis and eat up your acne scars. They'll be breaking up scar tissue in your arteries, heart and other internal organs and muscle. Scars that interfere with bodily functions.

You might stimulate the desired effect in the desired area by massage, incision, the duct tape method, etc, to break up the scarred tissue requiring new tissue to form, hopefully smooth tissue this time. That might stimulate blood flow to the area and thus the enzymes.

But this would be a little by little process. And it would be far better to help your enzymes do this task on a regular basis with intermittent fasting.

Status: Clear after 30 years. Wow, I guess it's been 6 years, now.

[ Story: Severe Acne since I was 10. 10+ years of Dermatologists, Antibiotics, topicals and ACCUTANE did nothing. Discovered oranges triggered the worst of my cystic acne = about 70% improvement. Tried some nutrient supplements like B-complex with zinc and C, saw palmetto and a BHA like the aspirin mask = more improvement, a lot less oily. Then, Diet changes = Clear.

Regimen: Anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense, blood sugar stabilizing diet and supplements (for hormones, inflammation, aging, health). No soap or other cleanser except for hand washing! Water only or Oil cleanse. Aloe Vera mixed with niacinimide and a high linoleic acid oil for moisturizer and reduce pigmentation.

Diet effects acne in so many ways: hormone balance, inflammation, Insulin levels, digestion, allergies and intolerances, liver function, adrenal function, SHBG levels, sebum quality, cell function and turnover, nutrient deficiencies, body fat, etc. Basic advice: Eat, sleep, supplement and exercise like you are a diabetic.
