wow... no new acne.

all i ate two days ago was a pizza crust (from one slice, and yeah, it's junk and not good), about 4 apples, and about a pound of grapes... that and about 14 cups of water because i was very nervous at that time and i'm not the type of person that does alcohol... so the next day i was surprised that no new acne grew and some even diminshed.. so i continued the same 'diet' and now today, it has slightly diminished a little.... i'm going to continue this diet for a week and try to inform you how it goes.... and yes, i AM aware that this diet can contain a lot of sugar...

I think it's the water. I've talked before about how my mild-moderate acne stopped appearing when I consistantly drank at least 96ounces (3 liters) of water a day.

I heard drinking too much water is very bad for you?.

it is... but i was nervous that day... like, literally shaking, and i just drank and drank water...

Drinking too much water is only bad for you once you exceed 10 liters a day. And I don't know anyone who could drink 40 cups of water a day (beyond a marathon runner).

i heard this awhile back and im sticking to it.

half of your body weight in ounces.... if you weight 20lbs, drink 10 ounces of water... If you weigh 150 lbs. drink 75 ounces of water.

Either day or try to get upwards of 1 gallon of water a day.. If you sweat a lot you'll be good to go. Also you really do pee out the water within 2 hours of drinking it. So its pretty hard to store it for long periods of time.

I'd say it's in the apples and water ( though I drink very little water myself and feel better when I do that ). The apples are in the "Acne ree In 3 Days" thing and I've read elsewhere ( which doesn't prove anything ) that apples are an important part in eliminating the body of the bad stuff that may or may not help with acne. I'd skip the pizza crust and stick to an apple in the morning, two in the afternoon and one at night ( I've been doing this for a few days and having amazing results ).

Suggestions:

2 Apples

1 Cantaloupe/Watermelon/Honeydew

2 Lemons

250 mL Carrot juice from extracted carrots

75 ounces isn't a galloon -- a gallon is more like 128 ounces.
