Are facials good for acne or acne prone skin or even very very very congested skin?

I have been intrigued but worry about them making things worse.

Has anyone had success from facials?

They are VERY beneficial! I say go for it. I am a licensed esthetician and have suffered from acne for 5 years. Facials help keep my skin under control and free of acne. Although if I eat like poop, it shows. I get a facial with extractions once a month now, especially because I am pregnant. If not my skin is awful. They use no chemicals on my face. So yes, facials and a good regimen that you are faithful with will help you. Just make sure you find a person with good reviews and a good history. Good luck!
