Yes, but you may find it to be more irritating and have an increased 'hardening effect'. Your skin will also probably take more time to adjust, so take it slow. :)

I am currently taking 2 x 250mg oxytetracycline tablets twice per day and at night apply Duac Once Daily Gel. Both of these have been prescribed by my doctor.

No, I'm English :). Moisturising is essential, it is essential to replenish the hydration you lost in your ace whilst cleansing and using the BP

However unfortunately I also suffer from oily skin! It's horrible isn't it? Gently touching your forehead with your finger and you feel disgusting! Anyway, many people say by replenishing the moisture you lose whilst cleansing with a moisturiser actually reduces oil, but none of this has actually reduced my oil, I just blott my face with blotting sheets every few hours. But anyway, I'd say yes to moisturising, just use a moisturiser which absorbs so you don't feel greasy and make sure it is non-comedogonic (won't clog your pores), this way you are keeping your face healthy :)
