I've been mixing the AHA+ 50/50 with my cetaphil lotion every night since I got the AHA last week, but I've got a couple of spots on my chin, chest and back that are all similair looking (big red things sdkgj) that I dont typically get. Would I be better to just use the AHA neat but every other night? Maybe using it every night it stops the BP working properly?

If you are experiencing irritation the could be AHA related then i recommend decreasing the amount in you cetaphil mix. AHA is a powerful exfoliator and will create an extra variable into your regime, therefore i would work your way up in the beginning phases. It is also recommended not to use this product every night also. Make sure you wear a sunscreen during the day also on this product. All the best
