Please help, what can I do other than acctuane? By the way this is one of my "good" acne days, sometimes it's much worse. I'm also a teenager so it could be hormonal, but I just can't take it anymore.

anyone?

First of all, it doesn't look bad. Are your pimples usually a brownish color, or do they get red and inflammed? I see brownish spots in the photo, which don't seem hormonal. Maybe it's an allergy or a sensitivity to a product you are using.

Supplements: inositol, DIM, digestive enzymes [don't need them every day anymore, only on cheat days], herpanacine & vitamin C with rose hips [not every day], regular sun exposure for vitamin D3.

Lifestyle & Skin Care: Low histamine diet, avoiding unnecessary stress, balancing skin's PH (using Image Ormedics), using distilled/ filtered water to wash face, occasional high frequency facials... (although I have been slacking lately)

Yeah around my nose it is usually brownish, and I have a lot of scars on my forehead but sometimes I get red or pus filled spots. I have no idea what kind of acne it is anymore, and I don't know what I should do to get rid of it. All I really know is that it's really stubborn. Though if it is an allergy, do you know how I can find out what is causing it? Because i've had acne like this for at least two or three years now.

I have no idea what could be causing your allergy, if it is indeed an allergy. You would need to examine your daily habits as well as your health history to figure it out. Why don't you post your daily regimen, diet, sleep, mood, etc in the holistic forum and see if you get some advice? Post the photos too, maybe people on that forum can figure it out.

It's also very difficult to know.. Let me show your face pics that will be more helpful for me.

And now I will suggest you use plenty of water in a regular day..

And don't try to scratch your face acne..
