Is Sea salt good or bad for your health/skin.

Are there differnt types of sea salt?
I currently use Eden's French Hand Harvested. It says on the bottle that it has no iodide added.....?

thanks in advance

Sea salt is good for health, including your skin. It contains every mineral in Earth's crust. Life originated in the ocean, and our blood chemistry is based on sea water. The brand that I use and recommend is RealSalt (www.RealSalt.com). It contains none of the pollutants that are present in the oceans, because it is mined in Utah from salt formations that were deposited millions of years ago and subsequently buried under volcanic rock. It contains no additives, and the taste is much better than ordinary salt, which is nothing but refined sodium chloride with additives.
