So I'm sure that this product has been discussed on this forum before. I was wondering though if anyone had any advice on the clarisonic skin tool and whether they think it's a worthwhile product to purchase. I'll give you some details about my skin later because that might help you in giving your advice. The reason I'm wanting to really research this product and get advice on it is because it is quite expensive (I would probably go with the Mia or Mia 2 since those are cheaper). So far I'm hearing pretty good things, but I'm wondering if in my specific skin case if it would work.
Details of my skin type:
- I have mild to moderate acne. I tend to break out less than daily but more than weekly. I get acne mostly on my cheeks, chin, and jawline (occaisonally on my forehead).
- I also have blackheads on my nose that I've pretty much all but given up on ever getting rid of (those things are so stubborn!)
- My skin is quite oily (I don't really think I have dry enough areas to classify as combination).
- My biggest problem is acne scarring. I feel like I can manage my breakouts pretty well, but I'm left with a lot of scarring and post inflammatory red marks that make my skin look worse than it actually is.
I'm wondering if any clarisonic users have noticed any difference in their skin in any of these areas. Let me know what your advice is and if you recommend this product!
